Yes, all repairs come with 3 months warranty and battery replacements come with 6 months warranty. Your warranty is valid from the day you pick up your device.

No. Any physical damage to the part we replaced after the device has been repaired will not be accepted under warranty. This includes cracked screens, water damage, frame is bent and if the device had been opened by another third-party repair store.

Depending how busy we are at the time, a mobile phone repair takes up to 30-45 minutes and an ipad/tablet repair a minimum of 2 hours. Laptop/PC repairs can take a minimum of 2-3 days. IC board repairs take a minimum of 10 business days.

Yes, we are partnered with IC board specialists whom specialise in electronic IC board repairs which include soldering. We provide a free quote service and all completed repairs come with 3 months warranty. IC repairs usually take up to a 10-business day turn around and possibly longer if the IC issue is problematic.

If we don’t have a particular iPhone or Samsung device in stock, we will order this for you. We also sell a wide range of brand new handsets ranging from Samsung and Oppo.

We sure are! All of our stores are open every day of the week. Our stores are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, Good Friday and ANZAC Day. Our Repair Van operates 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday.
