About Us
Established in 2014, The Phone Surgery was one of the first repairers on the South Coast of NSW specialising in quality repairs for mobile phones, tablets, smart watches, laptops, pcs and small electronics.
Since 2014, owners and directors Tay and Nikki have opened and established four repair and accessory stores along the New South Wales South Coast in locations of Kiama, Nowra, Vincentia (Jervis Bay) and Batemans Bay. Along with their on-site stores, Tay and Nikki created The Phone Surgery Repair Van in 2022 which consists of a built in work shop on wheels where we come to you and repair your device, taking out the hassle of travel for our customers.
Our prime focus is to ensure our customers receive the best possible service whether it’s to repair their device back to working condition, general tech advice or by purchasing a product to protect their device. TPS is always there to assist in whichever way possible.
Our Community
At The Phone Surgery, we take pride in making peoples lives a little bit easier with our repairs, servicing our South Coast community for over 10 years.
As a standard, we offer a free consultation service, where our experienced technicians inspect your device and provide their honest recommendations by advising if it is worth proceeding with a repair or not. Our intentions are to save our customers as much money and time where possible.

Walk-in repairs at our Nowra, Batemans Bay or Vincentia stores.
The Phone Surgery Repair Van (Servicing Kiama to Batemans Bay) where our expert tech surgeons provide an on-site repair service in our repair van.
Posting your device to us: If you can’t make it to one of our stores, you are welcome to post your device to us for a repair. We just simply charge you back the shipping costs!
